HOA Annual Meeting
April 16
The annual Raintree Home Owners Association held its annual meeting on April 14, 2011. At the meeting 7 homeowners volunteered to serve on the executive board. The minutes will be posted within the next month. The new board will be holding a public meeting in August and this will be out annual Ice Cream Social. Look for more to be posted in the future.
In the meantime let’s welcome the new board members.

The The Raintree Homeowners Association held their annual meeting on the April 7th at the Mt Zion Church. The attendance was slim but much was discussed. Download and read all the meeting minutes here. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Board or PMU.
ANNUAL MEETING UPDATE
MARCH 22
There has been a growing concern as to the condition and responsibility of the cluster mailboxes in the Raintree development.
The board has been in contact with Manchester Township and the United States Post Office to help get a better understanding and to relay that information to the Homeowners.
If you have a vested interested or wish to express your concerns and or comments please attend the annual meeting on April 7th.
